Pretty much all of the members of the R&B boy band B2K had all of the teen girls mesmerized and fantasizing about marrying one of them. Now, many of the girls were in love with Omarion at that time; however, B2K member/rapper Lil’ Fizz was crushed on heavy, too.

The way that Robert Pattinson’s Twilight character Edward Cullen had a chokehold on older Gen Z girls when they were teens is astounding. There is no way that Robert Pattinson portraying a handsome hipster vampire should’ve been that appealing to us, yet it was. I bet if any Gen Z’er thinks back to their 13-year-old self, they’d cringe at the fact that they used to be in love with a fictional vampire that glowed in sunlight. Although many girls during the 2010s loved Robert Pattinson as himself, the majority of teen girls back then had an unhealthy obsession with Pattinson only when he was Edward Cullen.

The complete antithesis of the vampy Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) was the golden-tanned warm-blooded werewolf hottie Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner). Twilight’s franchise was carried on the backs of Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, and the latter was just as much of a dreamboat as Pattinson. During that time, you were either #TeamEdward or #TeamJacob. If you were #TeamJacob in those days, that means your teenage self was captivated by his flawless physique, and wanted to be the one he imprinted on. True Twilight fans know what I’m talking about…

Now, this one is for the older millennial women born in the 1980s. Millennial women that were teens in the early 2000s were infatuated with Allen Iverson aka A.I. A.I. had girls and grown women completely under his spell, mainly because he was one of the flyest bad boy professional NBA players in the league then. Although he began his NBA career in the ’90s, A.I. became a heartthrob in the 2000s.

Believe or not, Nick Cannon was a crush to many girls during the 2000s. After his 2002 film Drumline, Nick Cannon earned his it-guy status, and a spot on many girls’ bedroom walls.

Every girl wanted Nelly in the early 2000s. Between his country grammar, street style, and the collab he did with Kelly Rowland for their song “Dilemma,” Nelly had many teen girls infatuated.

Orlando Bloom had a certain je ne sais quoi that had teen girls drawn to him in the 2000s. During the mid-2000s, when he was starring in the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, Bloom had teen girls around the world fixated on him. The power that Bloom’s name possessed then is unexplainable.
